Orders take up to 3 working days to be processed Once processed, your order is shipped to our facility via FedEx, taking roughly 5-7 working days. Upon arrival, your order undergoes quality checking and packaging to be shipped to your location the within 48hrs. Please give 7-15 days for your unit to be with you from the date of purchase.
When ordering a Custom Wig unit please bare in mind shipping will take slightly longer as the unit will be handmade once the hair arrives at our facility. Construction of the unit can take up to 3-4 working days.
Our packages are shipped via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery, if based in the UK.
International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide.
Once shipped the tracking number will be emailed to you for you to track.
